Hello Elementor 3.5.1 sets no cookie, stores nothing in the browser, declares no remote font and contacts no other site on visitor pages; its only front script is the local hello-frontend.js mobile menu, loaded in the footer. It has no consent setting and no WP Consent API support. In the admin only, the server polls my.elementor.com for theme notifications.
