Money-back guarantee, for every customer
You have 30 days to try Cookie Rocks for free before you pay. If you still change your mind, we refund:
- a first purchase, if you ask within 14 days of the payment;
- a renewal, if you ask within 14 days of the renewal date and have not used the key since (no new activation).
Write to info@djaseamcou.com or from your account. The refund goes back to the card or account you paid with, within 14 days. The keys concerned are deactivated.
Right of withdrawal
Cookie Rocks keys are sold to businesses, with a VAT or business number given at checkout. The 14-day right of withdrawal of consumer law does not apply to a purchase made for a business. Our money-back guarantee above applies to every customer anyway, so you lose nothing by it.

Bank transfers
For invoices paid by bank transfer, the refund is made by transfer to the account that paid, after we check its details with you. Bank fees for international transfers, if any, are on us.
